The Place of Refuge

is a neighborhood counseling center. We offer faith-based trauma counseling to people who are dealing with family problems, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, and other daily hardships. Our professional staff will make alongside those who need our help in caring understanding ways.


The Place of Refuge accepts Health Partners, AmeriChoice, and Keystone Mercy health insurance plans. A sliding scale fee schedule, based on income and affordability, is also available.
